The location was super handy for exploring, but the staff were quite rude and didn’t seem to know much. I wouldn’t recommend this place for help at all.

this place is an utter letdown. the bathroom lacked basic amenities like a water glass and large towels, talk about disappointment! and can we discuss that ridiculous policy of charging €7 for bag storage? that’s not hospitality, it’s highway robbery. almost thought about giving a good review, but just couldn’t with that kind of service.

The hotel is super close to the city center, making exploration easy. The bathrooms are well equipped and very clean, which adds to the comfort. Plus, the friendly staff really enhance the positive atmosphere!

Enjoyed the convenient location near the city center and the friendly vibe. The guest kitchen offers a great chance to prepare meals, but it could benefit from better cleanliness and organization. If you want fresh air, ask for tools to open your windows. The coffee at breakfast left something to be desired.

great mountain view just a few steps from the door. the communal bathroom needs more regular cleaning.

The central location provides easy access to public transportation, making it simple to explore the area. I appreciated the variety of room configurations, catering to different needs. The in-house bar offered affordable drinks to unwind after a long day.

Some communal areas, like the kitchen, could use better design and cleanliness – it felt cramped, and not all essential utensils were available, making meal prep a hassle at times. the locker sizes were frustratingly small, barely fitting standard travel bags, let alone ski gear.
